WELCOME TO CONNECT CARE FOUNDATION
Connect Care Foundation
Connect Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded to address the issue of social isolation and diminishing quality of life among senior citizens, particularly in assisted living communities. Many seniors face loneliness due to decreased mobility, fewer family visits, less access to social events, and unfamiliarity with modern technology. This isolation can lead to depression or other health concerns and a decline in overall well-being.
About US
Connect Care Foundation was founded by a passionate team of high school students who recognized the growing issue of loneliness among seniors, especially in assisted living communities. Our mission began as Project CONNECT, a high school initiative to address the growing crisis of senior isolation. What started with planning simple events for one senior center has grown into a nonprofit that focuses on structured community programming, student leadership, and sustainable social impact.

MISSION
Our mission is to bridge the gap between generations by fostering companionship, digital literacy, and community awareness to combat senior isolation. We believe in the power of youth-driven engagement to bring joy, connection, and dignity to the lives of seniors.
The Team
Together, these students have led Project CONNECT from concept to impact, implementing initiatives that have served dozens of seniors and inspired fellow youth to take action.
Programs
Our programs are designed to bring joy, foster new skills, and create meaningful CONNECTions in the lives of senior citizens.
Senior Activity Club
Weekly gatherings at local senior centers featuring themed events like Super Bowl Trivia, Valentine’s Day dances, baking days, and storytelling circles that help seniors build friendships and create joyful moments.
Tech Support Program
Volunteers help seniors learn to use smartphones, social media, Zoom, and email. This empowers them to stay in touch with family and participate more fully in today’s digital world.
Intergenerational Mentorship Program
Students are paired with seniors for weekly one-on-one conversations, offering companionship, tech help, and mutual learning opportunities.
Awareness Campaigns
Through posters, social media, classroom presentations, and email campaigns, we educate students and the broader public on senior isolation—and inspire them to get involved.
